Some fine print

At the time of booking, we will require a 25% deposit to guarantee your date. Fourteen days after making your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. Thirty days prior to your event the balance of the fee is due.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, checks and cash accepted. A service fee of 5% will be added to regular credit card transactions. Use of a credit card through PayPal will not be charged the service fee.

Weather exception: Severe rain or snow will cancel reservation per Grand Equus’s discretion.

Gratuities are not included. They are not necessary, but much appreciated.
